The 90% Sugar Free Bar is our rich, darkest chocolate, made from purely Hawaiian cacao and using a monk fruit sweetener to replace the white sugar normally used in chocolates. We never use artificial sweeteners.

Our founder, Tom, developed Type 2 diabetes later in life. He loved the European style Hawaiian chocolate he’d taken years to perfect, but couldn’t eat much of it without having to balance the rest of his diet around it! He decided to create a recipe that was safer for himself and those who need or want to watch their sugar intake, and after much research and trials he developed the 90% Sugar Free Bar.
It has become a shop staple, also loved by non-diabetics and KETO enthusiasts since it still retains a full flavor palate like our sugar sweetened chocolate, instead of a bitter chalky taste.

We are a no spray farm, and utilize organic ingredients and farming methods to offer you real, simple foods.
This bar is VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE!
